[Munich, 17th of August 2018]. LiveGrade Pro is outstanding and award winning: As part of the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2018, Pomfort has succeeded in winning over the 24-member jury with their project. Over several days, the experts examined, discussed and evaluated more than 8,600 international communication design works. They awarded the coveted Red Dot for the high design quality and creative achievement of the on-set grading software LiveGrade Pro.
LiveGrade Pro is a software application that’s used on the set of professional film productions. It acts as a control hub for camera technicians, that integrates, controls, and monitors complex multi-camera systems. The software allows to control the color appearance of cameras in order to match cameras or pre-visualize a creative look live during the shoot. It enables access to live camera metadata such as exposure settings and lens information, and automatically creates camera reports for later reference.
LiveGrade Pro is designed for the specific environment of the film set: It offers direct access and automation to speed up important tasks, while hiding complexity when not needed. Users can customize LiveGrade Pro for tailoring it to their specific hardware setup, workflow and interaction preference.
